“So I've ordered the Skin for Perfect Skin on May 6 and up until now, June 1, I still don't have it! I emailed Vanity Planet about two weeks ago on why it's taking so long and the tracking isn't working, and they said that for international delivery they do not provide tracking numbers because they themselves can't even track the package! They also said that delivery takes about 15-30 days, but then at the end of their reply they told me to email them again if I still don't have it by June 20. June 20!!!! So I replied back on why I should get back to them by June 20 if their promise is maximum 30 days, so supposedly by June 5 or 6 I already have it, so why wait to report back on June 20! Then... They replied saying that the package was lost in transit and therefore they're asking me to check if I put the right address, or give an alternative one. Oh god. So disappointing. P.S. I put the right address, okay.”

“I had been looking forward to using this spin for perfect skin brush. I was super happy after the first use. I went to use it again in the evening and it wouldn't turn on. Then it randomly turned on by itself but it would not spin. Tried all the different brushes and it just wouldn't spin. Then it just stopped working all together. I'm very disappointed and inconvenienced with now having to deal with returning it and I don't have time with my busy schedule to do it so it will just sit there and I wasted $30+ I will never buy from here again.”

“Used it a few times and it worked great but when I use it now the brush get's jammed en stops spinning. Very disappointed.”
