“After receiving my brush set and loading in (new) batteries, my device would not turn on. After several tries, it finally turned on but the brush head would not spinÔøΩÔøΩ_. so frustrating! The device then got extremely hot and I had to remove the batteries. Clearly a malfunction! I hope to receive a replacement or a refund.”
