“Most places that you purchase from online offer standard shipping that ships and arrives within 4 to 5 business days. I've purchased twice now for vanity planet and it takes over 2 weeks for my product to arrive. The first time I thought it was just a mistake for the post office but is definitely this company. I love the products but I wish shipping happened faster”

“This product is lovely, affordable and has nice packaging. Just after 2 uses, I can already see my skin look slightly better than before, it's starting to glow. However there's a very strange thing about one of the brushes, which I already noticed during my first use. As I used it, the bristles of the exfoliating brush started coming off even though I used a very gentle cleanser. During my 2nd use, two entire bundles of bristles came off. I did not pull the bristles or use the brush improperly. I've only used my newly received product twice and it's extremely disappointing to see this, especially after waiting one whole entire month for the product. I would really appreciate it if Vanity Planet can do something about this, perhaps send me another brush of good quality.”
