“When it was working, it did a great job of keeping my skin clean and feeling fresh. But I recently started hearing a rattling noise; I'm pretty sure a metal part came loose near the head. Soon after, the head stopped spinning, but the motor was running. I am waiting to see if their yearlong warranty will cover a replacement.”

“After I received a spin for perfect skin that was not working, and some communication problems. They replaced my item without question. I would still recommend using their service because I understand an immediate response may not be possible. The item in question itself wasn't for myself but my girlfriend said that afrer just one use it really made a difference that you could see........”
