Even though the brush has on speed setting and gentle enough and also rough enough for people with sensitive skin like me. The one thing I'm not to fond of is the body brush, it wash to harsh for my skin and I ended up getting some scratch and it irritated my eczema. But overall the brush is great. And shipping didn't take long either”
