“My order took 3 weeks to arrive although I paid for express delivery and it wasn't until I contacted customer service that I was told they were out of stock. After complaining I did get my delivery charge refunded, but there was no follow up or anything as to when the product would be arriving. Upon finally receiving the product 3 weeks later, I couldn't even open the battery compartment, and once I did I found it was literally glued shut...why?! After the first use the brush is already starting to fray and I know it won't be long till I have to replace it. Overall I feel really scammed, I'm so mad at myself for falling for the hype of the clearly sponsored YouTubers. I should have just paid extra for another brand that have better quality products.”

To maximize the lifespan of your brush heads, we recommend rinsing the brush heads with soap and water after each use. However, please note, brush heads should be replaced every 3 months.
