“The customer service is great but the product sucks ! Or maybe I'm just not having good luck with it I purchased one it came and stopped working my second use it just wouldn't spend contacted customer service they were great and very prompt sent me a replacement when I received the replacement it wouldn't even come on at all the batteries were practically new because I had just bought them for the first one I purchased that I only got to use twice but anyway I went and bought new ones(batteries) and it still won't come one what a bummer i was really looking forward to using the brush but hey guess it isn't meant for me :(”
