“Bought this product on May 28th. I also got 3 sets of the replacement brushes because it was on sale and that way I can have my bf use it as well. Received the product quite fast. I love using this for my face and my body as well. However, the replacement brushes were flawed. It didn‚Äôt fit the machine. The original brushes clicks into place on the spinner but The replacements didn‚Äôt. It falls right off. So I sent an email to customer service on June 3rd. It‚Äôs been a week and still no reply from CS. Then, after I sent the email, I opened the battery compartment to change the batteries. I used it and noticed how the it no longer closes the compartment properly. I had to tape the compartment to shut it. I don‚Äôt even want to contact CS cause they haven‚Äôt even replied to my first issue. I feel like I wasted money on this. I was going to buy other things from them but now I don‚Äôt think I will.”

“First week using the face brush I have seen a difference already! Reduced my acne & smoothened my skin by at least 50%, but I don‚Äôt think it helped reduce acne scars or lighten dark spots. I recommend this to anyone looking to ‚Äúdeep clean‚Äù their skin! I know it really cleans deep because when I use my toner with a cotton ball after cleansing with the spin brush, I notice there is less dirt on the cotton ball than if I just used my hands to wash my face. Kind of caused dry skin/peeling around pimples but it cleared out after anyways so just use a good moisturizer but maybe it‚Äôs also because it‚Äôs winter. Overall a very good product!”
