“I ordered one as a gift first few days of december and it was defective. They issued a replacement brush and it was still deplorable quality. Took weeks for a representative to even talk to me and even longer to issue a replacement. Also, the site itself does not seem secure. The brush heads lose their shape after two uses and start to fray. The products were greasy when I received them. The shipping takes forever because they use DHL for domestic orders.”
