“I purchased this brush and was very excited to use it and have better skin because I heard such great things about it. Well, I was using it for maybe two to three weeks and then all of a sudden it stopped working?... I just assumed the batteries were the issue, I then went to change the batteries and put four new ones in and it still doesn't work. I would like to know what can be done to fix it or replace it because I really enjoy your products! Thank you for taking the time to recognize my review. (:”

“Occasionally cuts off or takes a moment to turn on but overall it's a good product, the brushes work well on the skin with the cleansing brush being extremely soft and the exfoliating brush being rough but still safe on sensitive skin. I've seen improvements on the quality of my skin while using it twice a day.”

“Face brush was not as soft as I expected. Too much batteries required. Im not even sure if it's water proof. Im sure it isn't and that kinda gets me nervous when using it in shower”
