“I just received my SFPS a few days ago and was so excited to try it out! First time using it was yesterday. I used the cleansing brush and then the exfoliating brush for my face (loved it), then I hopped in the shower to exfoliate my body with the bigger brush. That's when it stopped working. I didn't submerge it in water, it wasn't getting soaked so it should've continued to work flawlessly. The brush stopped spinning, even with nothing attached to it I could see the rotation wasn't spinning but the inside was making a loud noise as if something became disconnected. I decided to let it sit over night (dried it completely too) thinking that would help and it didn't. :( I called customer service and they were absolutely wonderful! That's why I'm giving this product 3 stars. It works great when it works but I wish it would've continued to work! Now I'm going to try out the PureSpin and I'm hoping nothing goes wrong with that. I really am grateful for customer service though, they were understanding and fixed my issues right away! (Thank you!)”
