“I was pleasantly surprised by Vanity Planet's customer service. This is the first company where someone responded immediately to a negative review I had originally written. Turns out my first purchase was not up to my standards because it was damaged and they happily sent a new one and it works like a dream. “When I received my spin brush, it was peeling. Also I‚Äôve used it a few times already and it has irritated my skin and caused bumps and redness. It could just be my sensitive skin but overall I was expecting better quality for the price. I will be looking for a refund.”

Some breaking out when first using the unit is actually normal as the skin is purging all the trapped dirt and oils that washing with hands previously could not clean out. Is the breakout possibly from purging or from the brushes being too harsh? We want to try and make this a positive experience for you and hope to find a facial brush that best fits your skin type.
