“I waited over 6 weeks (still waiting) to receive my items, despite payment being debited from my account the next day. Had I not called Vanity Planet, I would not have been informed that it was on backorder. When I spoke with the customer service rep I received no apology, explanation or restitution for this serious lapse in service. I placed my order on 11/8/17 and as of today 12/17/17 I still do not have my items in hand. Totally unacceptable. If I could give less than 1 star I would, unfortunately that is not an option.”

“I‚Äôm a teenage girl who has been struggling for forehead acne for the past 5 months. Ever since summer, I broke out on my forehead for the first time. I heard about this product from a youtuber named Marina, and decided to give it a try. It has been about 3 weeks now, and I use it twice a day consistently. My forehead acne looks way better for sure, but itdidnt clear up everything. But overall it‚Äôs awesome!! must buy!”
