“I was very disappointed by this product and customer service. The spin brush stopped spinning after only one month of using it. When I tried to contact the warranty department on several occasions to have it replaced, no one ever answered the phone or called back after leaving several voice messages. In addition, I didn't see any improvement in my skin after using it. Please don't waste your money on this!!”

“The Brush is good and I have seen a difference in my skin within a few days of use paired with Cetaphil fw. 3 stars because the brush smells like the motor is going to burn out on me and its scary to have something on my face smelling like that. Been happening since day1.”

“This was an amazing brush, i mean my pores were practically non existent but i didnt realize how harsh the brush could be after a while and it started to be too rough for my face and it would burn. I reccomend if you have sensitive skin to use this brush once every 2 days so it wont cause any damage to your face.”

“Spin brush was my first purchase on Vanity Planet. I bought him on special offer. I received my rather fast command (4-5 days later). However I received a defective brush ! She did not work ! But the customer service was great. They answered for a reasonable deadline and sent back me a brush which works and I have not them to send back the defective brush !”

“The spin for perfect skin is a great facial brush. I use it every other day to exfoliate. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because briefly the brush would not turn on, but it corrected itself and works okay now.”
