“When I received the product it was in a nice package and came with everything needed (except batteries) I used it once and it worked amazing. When I go to use it the next time, it didn't turn on at all. I tried and tried new batteries but it just didn't seem to work anymore. I contacted the company and they replied about 1 week later. It took them a bit to respond, however, they offered to send me a new device, without having to return the broken one. This company cares for your needs (maybe not as quickly as wanted, but it still gets done) and I feel very satisfied with my customer service and the product. I gave 4 stars only because it stopped working the day after I got it, however, it may have been a user malfunction somewhere. Overall, great product.”

“Bought it early december, but now it is January 1st 2016, and it has still not arrived, so a test of the product have to wait. Have received several other mails with plenty of new offers on products from VP, but I just want to receive what I have already bought, before entering into another purchase. :-(”
