“I have not been able to get the battery compartment OPEN without a tool that would scratch and/or render it useless! Why is it so hard to open the battery compartment?? Thus, I cannot submit a fair review.”

“The brush wobbles back and forth while turned on. I know it is a defect because I compared it to a friend's brush. Furthermore, the battery compartment seal was also defective and ruined the brush during the first use. The company has serious quality control issues for allowing a "product" this defective to reach consumers. I DO NOT RECOMMENED PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT.”

“The spin is so slow and it is not even close to powerful. It is most definitely a waste of money and time. The spin will last about 5 seconds and then suddenly stop. Piece of junk!!!!!”
