“I had received a spin brush from Christmas last year and immediately fell in love with it. I wrote a negative review recently due to placing an order on the replacement brushes and them not fitting my spin brush. Someone called me not too long after and told me they had changed the sizing on the machine itself and that they were so sorry about the mix-up. They sent me a whole new system, new brushes, and a complimentary ‚Äúmain squeeze‚Äù face wash for the inconvenience. I LOVE my spin brush I use it every single day. Thank you so much for everything I will never stop using this brand”

“After a few faults with my first spin brush, I emailed Vanity Planet to ask what I should do. The customer service was brilliant and they even went to the effort to send me a replacement brush. I was very satisfied with the service I received and the brush itself is a great tool. I use it with my cleanser and exfoliator and it really works the product into the skin well, making it feel like a thorough cleanse. Would definitely recommend.”

“i ordered in this site for the very first time,Spin for Perfect Skin brush, cause i thought buying it from amazon wasn't secure but to my disappointment, after waiting a whole month for my order to be shipped, i'm told that my package has been lost in transit by the carrier.I have never felt this wasted in both time and money.And my back order of the Spin for Perfect Skin brush should be shipped as soon as possible, I've already wasted a whole month waiting for it & i cant wait for it no more than 2 weeks from now or ill have to buy from another company/seller. Very disappointed in Vanity Planet cause this is my first ever purchase from them.”
