“I cannot rate the experience very well as I purchased the product over a month ago. I emailed the company a few weeks ago to get an indication on how long the product will take to get to me. I was then told by them that the product was lost in freight and I was given the opportunity to either have a product resent to me for a replacement but I was to give them my complete address (which I did as I want the product) or a full refund. I have not heard from the company since the email which I sent my address and I have no idea where the product is or how far away it is or if they are even resending me a product as they have not contacted me since last week”

“My daughter who I purchased this for says she likes it and feels that it cleanses her face/pores very well. She says there are no negatives. I chose 4 stars because I feel like the shipping time was way too long. I guess you get spoiled with Amazon free two day shipping........”

“Just used it for the first time, love the clean feeling it gives my face...no makeup residue seen on my cotton after toning. it is really gentle on the skin too. Only downside is that I will have to order more brush heads to deliver to me half way across the world”
