“I gave this a 3 star because I was only able to use the product a handful of times before it started making strange sounds and not longer felt comfortable using. I contacted vanity planet to get a replacement and they told me since there is not visible damage they were unable to replace it. Very unfortunate because I really enjoyed it while I could use it.”
