“I loved the Ultimate Skin Spa System. However, it’s not the best waterproof/ water resistant product. Directions call for you to dampen skin with water, but, after a while of using it the battery area gets wet and begins to rust which leads to a shortage. My first one stopped working after a month, so I used the one year warranty. I became more aware of how careful I should be while using my second Ultimate Skin Spa System but eventually the same thing happened. I enjoyed how well the brushes worked on my skin which is why I am still considering using the warranty again before the year is up. The only flaw I found was trying to keep water from damaging the battery area and regularly replacing the system due to damage that seems unavoidable.”
