“Don't ever buy any item from this website. I ordered this item and was guaranteed 70% off but I have been overcharged nearly $40 on my product. I sent several emails asking for my money back yet have not recieved any emails saying I will be getting my money back. They also gave me a tracking number for my order yet when I went to search it up it says the order number doesn't exist. Do not buy anything from this website”

“The only thing that warrants a single star is the fact that the product actually arrived unlike so many other customers. I was SO excited to use this, and I had a small feeling that it would likely not work as I read so many reviews that other customers had this issue. Upon arrival, and much to my disappointment, it did not work. Now, I was sad it didn't work but thought "hey, it's ok, this happens, contact support and ask for help!" But no. Hard no. I read a bunch of other reviews where support never answered customers, and again I thought I would be immune to this. Nope. The customer service at this company is abhorrent. Muting comments on Instagram, multiple ignored emails and tickets, proof of other customers complaints going unanswered... is it because I am not an "influencer"?I wanted a new product but honestly now, all I want is a refund. DO NOT buy from them unless you have a gun to your head. Not worth having your money stolen for a piece of junk that likely won't work, if it ever arrives.”
