“I wasn't disappointed, but it doesn't do much good for my skin. I have very very sensitive skin. And the daily cleansing brush actually hurts my skin. Some parts of my skin was red for an entire day and it hurt to touch. Which makes me too scared to try the exfoliator brush. I'm sure if you don't have sensitive skin like me, this would be a good tool. But for me, I have to be very careful with the use. Lastly, it also isn't doing much on my blackheads and whiteheads.”

“First of all I never received my item even tho the status said it was delivered. I was OK life happens sometimes. I then proceeded to contact customer service via all their social media outlets and that when all hell broke loose. Horrible is what I can use to describe them. They took forever to respond and by that time they were willing to resend the package but I was leaving on vacation which I really wanted to take the spin brush with me so I opted for a refund. It going on 3 weeks and still no refund. I'm never purchasing from vanity planet again!!!”
