“I ordered my ultimate skin spa system more than three weeks ago, after much hype surrounding it. I was really excited about it, but this might be one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. First of all, I have not even received it yet and don't think I will for another two weeks. That's more than a month since I ordered it. When I hadn't heard anything from Vanity Planet, regarding the shipment of my item, I contacted their customer service team. I got no reply from them. I had to message Vanity Planet through their Facebook page, in order to get a response from them. They informed me that the Ultimate Skin Spa System had sold out and they were waiting for more to arrive from their factory. The first problem, I had with this was that they did not even inform me that my package would be more than three weeks delayed. I literally had to find them through Facebook to get any kind of response from them. In what world, would a company not inform their customers of such a significant delay? Second problem is that they I purchased the system, while it was still in stock. Why would they be selling more items than they actually have? I had to change my address, as I would no longer be living at the address I was when I ordered from Vanity Planet. They told me that they would change my shipping information, yet it is still the same on their website. When I messaged them about this again, they assured me that it would be sent to the correct address - but I am honestly not sure if that is the case. I'll just have to wait and see. They also told me that I would receive my shipping information within 24-48 hours. Yet here I am, four days later with no shipping confirmation (not sure if this is because of the weekend). I was not going to submit a review, as I haven't even received my skin spa system yet but I thought it might be good to warn people of the shipping mess they may encounter. I might end up loving the product (if I ever receive it) but the shipping and communication from Vanity Planet has been the worst I've ever experienced from a company.”

“I absolutely love this system. I've used it for two weeks now and can tell I get a good clean. However, I can't use it everyday because it becomes to harsh. But the massager brush feels soooo good!”

“It's been 3 weeks since I have purchased my kit but haven't received it yet. I had to contact the customer service to find out my order hadn't been sent because they ran out of stock. Who knows how long till I can finally try it. Definitely not happy with the delivery process.”
