“I've been using the ultimate spa system for around 2/3 weeks now and i have come to the conclusion that the bristles are just not too "hard" enough to pick up and dirt or oil. The bristles dont reach deep into your pores and i feel i can do a better job using just my hands. Perhaps my skin is too oily and needs more action but other then that i rekon it would work great on people with normal skin.”

“Initally i loved this product. Family and friends noticed a difference in my skin. But, after using it for a couple weeks it started making a loud sound when in use. Then, after using it for 2 months my cystic acne came back. I also don't like how quickly you need to change the batteries for it to work efficiently. I have to replace batteries 1-2 times a month because it does not spin as well after a couple weeks. I ordered the moxispin, as a gift for my mom, that has a USB charging cable in the hopes that it will be a better fit for her.”

“The product is amazing and my skin feels great. But the shipping process was awful. I live in Missouri and it said it shipped out of Redlands, California. I bought it and it didn't actually ship until a week after I paid for it. And then after it had shipped, it took about a week and a half to actually deliver. So two and a half weeks to get my spa system after purchased. It would make sense if I purchased an Asian made product. Like I said, didn't like the unnecessary wait but I love the product and how it makes my skin feel.”
