“I was so excited when it arrived, as the packaging was perfect. It looked like a 5 star item. But I find the brush bristles are too soft to either cleanse or exfoliate properly. (They fan out a lot when wet/pressed lightly to the skin, which I personally see as a design flaw.) I am comparing this to another similar brush I ordered a while ago, through vanity planet also- Spin for Perfect Skin. I much preferred this first brush. Although the ultimate skin spa system has a cool advantage of two spin speeds, I find it struggles to spin! It feels like it might conk out, and if I press it to my skin on the first speed it often stops spinning. Hard to cleanse properly because of this. The second speed has enough power- keeps spinning when pressed to/moved around the face- but still not on par with the Spin for perfect skin. I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I won't be purchasing replacement brushes. The youtuber who 'recommended' it said it was the same as any other brush ("clarasonic"), but I there's an obvious difference in quality. It doesn't leave my skin smooth like my previous brush. I find exfoliation with a scrub more effective, and although it makes my cleanser go a long way, it doesn't seem worth it for the time it takes. I've stuck at it, but I see little benefit in using this brush”
