“I purchased the ultimate skin spa around a year ago and I absolutely loved it, it totally changed my skin. However after 6 months or so my face brush started to not work. The first setting would stop working and then slowly it wouldn’t work at all. I tried changing the batteries but it still was broke. I also found in the battery compartment rust, so this product is not waterproof. Vanity planet sent me a new one and I’ve had that one for probably 3-4 months now and it worked good at the beginning, but now my first setting won’t work. This product says to be waterproof, however I believe this model needs to be updated to accommodate that feature. I have read other reviews that have the same problem as mine. I loved this brush but it’s a issue when they stop working after a couple months.”
