The carrying case is a lovely addition to an already amazing brush

I found that after using this my skin actually got worse. Yet again everyone’s skin is different, my skin is highly sensitive and did not react greatly to this product. Unfortunately it did not work for me.

Hi Christine, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Just as a friendly reminder, we always recommend using the silicone brush head for sensitive skin starting with 30 seconds per use. In addition, we always recommend reaching out to your doctor first before trying our products to make sure they are compatible with your skin type. We have followed up with you via email on your experience and hope to hear back from you soon! Best Regards, Vanity Planet Guest Experience
I cleaned my brushes every 3 days with my face cleaner and one night later they stink in the morning. I then tried Dove hand soap and it was still stinky after the night. I kept the case open and I even went as far as to open the bathroom window. Cleaned the case every week and there is no difference. I believe that the only brush head I can use is the silicone spin brush because it doesn't hold any skin cells in it's bristles. Everything about foam spraying everywhere is true, but you could hold your thumb next to the head to catch residue. If there was a more abrasive silicone brush, then I would take it. They should make an Ultimate Skin Spa full of different kinds of silicone brush heads.

I mea, it’s a spin brush? I bought this to my Clarisonic alternative trying to same some money, because I knocked my Clarisonic off the highest ledge in my shower and broke. It was 7 years old anyway. So I bought this and I didn’t know (or do enough research) that it was battery powered. Eew! I hate batteries. It’s the. We millennium, we should be past batteries. They are terrible for the environment when you have to throw them away. And the cost adds up when you have to replace them. Moving on, the spinning motion is messy af!! It flings soap and water EVERYWHERE: in your hair, on the mirror all over the sink. Also the spinning motion pulls harshly on your skin. My Clarisonic you just lightly glide the brush over your face. This, the spinning makes it tough. In conclusion, it did clear up my blemishes, but I think I’m gonna save up for a new Clarisonic.

it works fine

Just wasn’t what I expected, while using the power on the second gage if you’re using a foam cleanser the “spinning” brush head will cause the cleanser to splash and go everywhere.. and my case came broken
