“This is the best hands down at home system. I am on week 2 and my pores are practically cleaned out. My heaviest pores are on and around my nose. I have one stubborn blemish scar that is already lightening up. My face feels clean and unclogged. This magic wand is simple to use just follow the directions. I pull my face taught while processing my cheek area just to be sure I get all the nooks. I also have to say customer service was very responsive, kind, and just awesome! These people like their job and you can tell. So happy with my purchase and if you read all the literature it really does give your skincare serums the boost they need! I can tell in the difference of my skin texture. Super silky ! Get one you won't regret it. I'm telling all of my gal pals. 41 and nothin done on this face!”

“I do not often write bad reviews, especially when customer service is responsive and genuinely wants to help. But with this Vanity Planet order, I have been disappointed by not just my experience with the tool itself (which left me with redness on my cheeks and bruising/marks around my nose), but by the complete lack of customer service. I tested the tool out on the bottom side of my arm and it didn't leave any marks so I tried it on my face. I don't have overly sensitive skin so I wasn't worried about trying this out. Started with my cheeks and there was some redness but nothing crazy, so I tried it on the sides of my nose (as shown in the diagram). This immediately left a bruise/dark mark on the side of my nose so I stopped using the tool. The next day I woke up to more redness on my cheeks and bruising on my nose. Reading up on things, it's going to take up to 3-5 weeks for the marks and bruising to leave my face. I provided most of this information in my review to Customer Service explaining why I wanted to return the tool (which I used for all of 2 minutes) and I haven't heard back in days. This is likely the worst customer service I've experienced in years.”

“It is so relaxing and refreshing using these tools. There is a learning curve with using the Exfora. I found that I have to use less pressure, and figure out how many passes to make in each section. After following up with a face mask, NY face feels incredible.”

“I bought this bundle for myself because I wasn't happy with the way my face was feeling and I was at the end of my rope. After just a few times of using my exfora I could see and definitely feel a difference in my skin I love this tool the face cleansing brush is easy to use and has cut my face cleansing routine time in half I love everything I received and can't wait to shop more with vanity planet 💜😊”
