“I would definitely recommend this product. However, I have purchased multiple items from this site and have never had a worse experience from this or any other company than I did when I bought this steamer. It took two months just to get a shipping number and that was after they already charged my card. Most companies don‚Äôt charge you until your order has shipped. Then because of Covid there we all kinds of delays in shipping, which are understandable, but it showed for weeks that it hadn‚Äôt even been dropped off to be shipped. All the while I couldn‚Äôt get anyone to respond to my multiple attempts at trying to figure out where my order was or try to get a refund. The likelihood of purchasing from vanity planet ever again are EXTREMELY unlikely.”
