“First of all, I was fooled by the advertisement on Vanity Planet Social media account. Products looks nice BUT the shipping process, and customer service was VERY POOR at all. I dont know why they can‚Äôt provide a specific contact number just for the customer service, why are they are giving customers a hard time trying to contact them via Email. You will wait for the customer service response forever!!!!!! I have not received my items yet but for sure the product quality is NOT good at all since a lot of BAD reviews shown here. This is really disappointing, Vanity Planet Team. I am very upset on how you handle your business!!!! This is very unacceptable. I‚Äôve been sending million of emails but i haven‚Äôt gotten a positive update from your team! I tried to message the Instagram account but the person who is assign to that just IGNORE my message! Very unprofessional!!!! I ordered my bundle steamer and exfora wand on April 23, up until now I don‚Äôt received my package at all!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! I just want my money back ASAP!!! Spending money on this business is NOT REALLY WORTH IT!!!!! People just be aware!!!”
