“Maybe this was an oversight on my part but this device only works with distilled water. I don‚Äôt remember reading that on the sites product description. I found that info out by reading the pamphlet that came with the device. When I contacted customer service Asking to return the never used device because I don‚Äôt have access to distilled water they told me since I opened the box I would only received PARTIAL store credit AS A ONE TIME EXCEPTION. I only found out that info about the distilled water after opening the box. This customer service and return policy is not up to 2021 standards.”

“The water reservoir cracked the second time it was used and now the lid broke. It works. But sometimes stops producing stem for a bit and makes a lot of noise outside of the Normal steaming and "bubbling" noises.”
