“Bought three steamers. Two for gifts and one for myself. Mine doesn‚Äôt. Return process is difficult - I guess it is tough to compete with the online giant that makes the online experience so easy. I did give one as a gift since it was such a pain to return and the recipient loves it. Hoping the third one works when I give it to my daughter.”

“I ordered this just to treat myself hoping to bring some new life to my skincare routine. I am obsessed with this whole box. I was looking for a face steamer, so that‚Äôs what drew me to this box. I had no idea I needed a new facial brush until I felt this one. My face has never felt so clean. I saw a visible difference within a few uses. The face steamer is so easy to use and really does wonders. The roller is such an added bonus as well. And let me tell you if you use all three of these things together you‚Äôll feel like a new woman”

“At this point I assume my money was stolen. I‚Äôve emailed the company asking where my order is twice now. No response. Tracking the order, I see it sitting in their warehouse in California. It was never sent to me. Definitely do not recommend this company or anything they sell.”
