“Bought this as a Christmas gift for my Mother. They sent the wrong item to me and I didn‚Äôt know until Christmas morning when my Mom opened the gift and it wasn‚Äôt what she asked for. Vanity Planet never contacted me after their mistake. They emailed me a return label and expected me to box up the incorrect item and bring it to a Fed Ex location. They sent out the correct item, but it was too late, Christmas morning was over. I will never order from this company again. I would have expected someone to contact me personally to apologize and I definitely would have expected them to have Fed Ex pick up the wrong package from me not the other way around. First and last time I will order from this company.”

“I've used the steamer once. It was great. The second time I went to use it, the steamer would not turn on. I checked my water level and even tried multiple different outlets with no luck. Very disappointed.”
