“I ordered this duo and it mysteriously never showed up although it said it was delivered. It took a long time for the replacement to arrive (holiday/covid delays). When I was finally able to use these items, it felt very luxurious! The wand did leave bruises on my face despite only using it on the lowest suction setting. In all fairness, I do bruise easily so I‚Äôm just going to chalk it up to that. I have recommended these items to others.”

“Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She's never before owned a facial steamer device. I bought it for her in the hopes that it would bring her rest and relaxation. Needless to say, she loves it! She's impressed with the steam output, design of the steamer and it's a great size. She liked that she could add scented oils to enhance the experience too! Great item and would highly recommend!”

“Order two of these from a bloggers recommendation only to never receive them. Ordered what I thought was two more for more money than the first order only to receive one. I have tried to contact them numerous times only to to get a computer reply that they are checking to see if I am able to return. I have sent pictures of the unopened box many times. I sent it back FedEx and emailed them to give them info with still NO response or refund. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare and I will never order from them again and I suggest you don‚Äôt either. They are many places to buy besides Vanity Planet. I‚Äôm still waiting on my refund!”
