“Company was asked to cancel order and refused. Said to refuse or return item upon delivery and refund would be applied with tracking info. That didn't happen. Package was received 2 days ago, confirmed by company and still they refuse to refund the purchase price, claiming they need to check the condition of item. Item is as it was when they shipped it. BAD COMPANY!!”
