“The body fat percentage readout is totally inaccurate and imprecise. I had myself and two of my clients get their body fat tested on Inbody machines and the readout on the Body Analyzer was wildly off. The Inbody might not be completely accurate but based on visual evidence of body composition itÔøΩ€™s definitely closer to the truth. My own body fat, for example, measure at 10% on the Inbody, which makes sense. I have very prevalent vascularity and a clearly visible six pack. When I tested myself on the body analyzer it said I had 21% body fat. ThatÔøΩ€™s not even close.”
