For me its my water weight its great seeing how much muslce and bone play a factor in weight and it gave me more confidence especially struggling with being overweight to realize im not all fat. “My husband and I both have tried this scale and it doesn't work. I would have returned it,but I already tossed the box. When I step on the scale it keeps "thinking" until it turns off. On the rare occasions that I try to stand perfectly still and it does read my weight, I have never seen any other analysis or measurements. $50 wasted.”
