“I bought this item with the intention of being able to use it for the entire family. First problem, it starts at age ten. Second, I must have gotten a defective one because all that shows up on the screen is lbs. Third, customer service is HORRIBLE. It took less than an hour to place my order and receive confirmation that my order was complete. Now that I am not happy with my purchase, it's been two weeks and I've heard from CS once and since then nothing. I will never order from this site again and make sure to let everyone I know and the video I first saw this item know not to purchase anything off this sits.”

“I received my scale a while back... at the time I had just started a fitness program probably the month before. At that time I weighed about 140lbs and it said that my BF was about 21.5% through the last month and a half I have been weighing myself watching my weight go down but the BF really wasn't moving?? I weighed at home weighing in at 134.4lbs and it said my BF was 19.8% I weighed at the gym at just under 135lbs. I had my BF tested at the gym as well because with as lean as I have gotten I couldn't believe that I was at 19.8% BF. My BF at the gym was 14.9%.... I would say that the BF Analyzer on my new scale is NOT even close to accurate. BUMMER :( I like the scale part of it but I will not follow the BF analyzer part.”
