“I had an issue originally but that was more on the lines of lack of communication from the company in regards to supply and shipping. But the actual products is phenomenal! I use it twice daily and honestly my skin has never felt cleaner and the ease of the whole process from packaging to everyday use is superb. I would absolutely recommend this product and I’m thankful to Vanity Planet for its customer service after the original issue. First it was sour, then it was sweet.”

“I love this product so much! Although the customer service isn’t amazing. I bought my first one a year ago and it broke after only a few months. I emailed multiple times and never got a response. I did buy I second because it was a gift for a friend and she loves it as much as I did. It’s a shame because I really want a new one for me however, I’m still waiting for a reply 6 months on...”
