“I loved this so much when I first got it, my husband bought it for me, it was rechargeable and plugged in but in less than 3 months went dead and would no longer charge or work. I came on here and bought another one. This one took batteries and after a short few weeks while using it, the piece that the brushes snap onto just fell off with the brush still on it! These are far too expensive to just be junked like this and we bought 2 in less than 5 months! I loved how they worked when they did actually work. I just can’t bring myself to spend that much money on another one. Guess I’m going to have to go with a different brand. So mad and disappointed.”
