“To preface, I looove the results I have gotten from using the Raedia brush over the past few months. I have a history of sensitive, acne-prone skin, and it has done wonders! I’ve had the same issue, however, TWICE now with a water-logged battery compartment in the brush. I noticed that my first brush slowed down substantially (which I thought was just a dead battery issue), but I opened it to find the battery compartment completely filled with water, rusted, and nasty wet batteries. I contacted Vanity Planet, and their AWESOME customer service replaced the brush for free within a few hours. My new brush, however, had the exact same issue after only a few months, and this one is now ruined too due to a water-logged battery compartment. I even tried taping around the handle, and I never submerge it completely in water. I love the brush, but I’m worried that the same thing will happen again if I replace it with another. :(”

“I have really been impressed with the quality of my facial brushes. There are three different brushes and I have used all three. I can definitely see a difference in my skin - smoother and definitely cleaner. I am very pleased and would highly recommend it. 😊”
