“I never received my item. Customer service will not get back to my emails and only respond with an automated email with a tracking number for one item and not the other. “I ordered this brush a month ago and have not received it, nor have I received anything through tracking other than an order confirmation, meaning it never shipped. The $50 came out of my bank account but I have gotten the order. I have tried to contact VP in multiple ways; via the website, email, phone, and reviews. The last review I left that I verified was never put on the site, probably because it was one star. How do I contact them to get an actual answer and to get my order????”
