The Raedia, Spin for Perfect Skin, and Ultimate Skin Spa devices are safe for multiple daily uses when using the Daily Cleansing or the Silicone brush head. A friendly reminder, the use of our cleansing system device varies among each person's preference and each person's skin sensitivity. Our recommendation is to always start slow, using them for 1-2 minutes at most to gauge your skin's reaction to the exfoliation cleanse. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend the Silicone brush head starting with 30 seconds per use. We recommend using the exfoliating brush, which has rougher bristles, as a 1-2 times a week treatment. We suggest stopping using the device as it caused irritation in your face. “Love that I can take my makeup off with this or use it as a double cleanse. I just make sure I wash the brushes right after use if I am using it to remove makeup to prevent staining!”

“I purchased these brushes and replacement brushes on Boxing Day. I paid for express shipping. By the middle of January I still had no tracking number. I inquired and they said they didn’t have the replacement brushes and would send all at once. I told them that they were for a bday and then they assured me they would send the brushes and the replacements when in stock and the brushes would make it in time. 2 weeks later- still nothing, hadn’t shipped them. Missed the bday. So then the refund process started- almost another 2 weeks. I was infuriated. They won’t stop spamming me even though I’ve unsubscribed! Oh and I went to our local dollar store and bought a brush almost similar to this one and it came with different heads and settings for under $4CA- I bought 10 and still spent less than a 1/3 of what this joke of a company charged me- and zero bullshit!”
