“I was really excited to receive this item but my machine only blows out cold air and lasts for a total of 5 minutes before I have to refill the tank. After 8 emails back and forth, this company still has the audacity to ask me for pictures or videos of how my item is defected?? How would you see this in a video?? Additionally, they ‚Äúcan‚Äôt‚Äù accept returns that aren‚Äôt in original packaging...... who keeps dirty mail boxes??? Especially during COVID. I also have to now pay for shipping to return an item that this company sold me that does not work.... NOT worth the hassle. There‚Äôs a reason they have 50-70% off everyday. BUY A REAL FACIAL STEAMER FROM A REAL COMPANY!!”

“So I had high hopes for this facial steamer but my item was basically a used item! The box had no seals, no tapes, no manual (yes I checked the box for a manual) The device itself had scratches on it like it's been used and returned by someone else. I will update this review once there is a resolution from customer service. The Facial spin brush I ordered however was brand spanking new! Box was sealed and everything! Steamer on the other hand was the total opposite. How are you sending used facial steamers to your customers with Covid floating around? Definitely disappointed!”
