“Pros: It does massage and distribute product through hair. Cons: The rubber tips are a bit too sharp and the vibration feels uncomfortable on the hands after a while. The first item I received didn't work and customer service was great about sending out a replacement. I'm not sure this item is for me. The rubber tips are actually plastic, fairly hard, and pointed so it's difficult to get a comfortable amount of pressure on them. The actual massager part is the base of the item and while the vibration is distributed gently to the rubber tips, the full force of it sits right up against the palm. Added an extra star for the great customer service.”
