“Arrived nicely packaged and as described. Does not include batteries and requires a Phillips head screwdriver to open which may have been in the fine print somewhere but I didnt see it so prepare to have 2 double a batteries and a screwdriver when you order this. But very easy to open and close once you do have the necessary tools. Its a powerful vibration so for me it wasnt a relaxing relaxing massage sensation but it would be good to use for a morning shower to help wake you up. I got this because I have thick curly hair all the way to my butt and I was having problems getting my shampoo down to my scalp and getting a thorough wash so I started experiencing flaky scalp problems I have never had before. I saw this product recommended in a YouTube video and there was a discount code offered so I figured hey might as well give this a try and Im very happy I did. Once my hair dries it feels like I just got a salon shampoo my scalp/roots are so clean and sinny. The way I use it is I start at the front of my head and just brush it through my hair to the base of my neck. And work my way across my head twice.”

“I was extremely upset that the package did not mentioned "AA batteries not included"! It was wash day and I was ready to use it but couldnt! It wasnt until the following weekend when I did my daughters hair when I had the epiphany!! The brush is a little sharp and hurts scalp. I no longer can use it in my daughters hair because of how sharp it is. But for now I will repurchase.”
