I've been trying to get a hold of someone through their email to see where it is but I have gotten no response. I'm worried I just got scammed. “I received this as a gift from one of my best friends. This is the best thing I‚Äôve ever used on my scalp. Definitely helps with product buildup and feels amazing. My sister is a hairstylist and is obsessed too! My only issue is that after the first couple uses the vibration stopped working... maybe water damage? The battery was sealed and the cover was on and in the locked position. Not sure what happened but this is still an amazing addition to my shower routine. Just wished that the vibration feature still worked!”
