“The trousers were ordered end of April/beginning of May and I was told they would be available in July. I was prepared to wait for them. I was then told there would be a further delay - until August. They were finally delivered in September which I thought was poor as they had been paid for when ordered. When they arrived they did not look at all as the picture had shown them - the design showed a 'circular' pattern around the trouser which had not shown up when ordered. I therefore returned them and the credit will be on my card this month - October. Overall the handling of the order ws poor and I was really disappointed when they arrived that they did not look as the picture had shown.”
“The jersey trousers are a good fit and well made. They look good with the jersey t-shirt. I thought they were expensive, but when I looked at some from another company, I realised that the Cotswwold Collection items were a better fit and better quality.”
