“The backpack exceeded expectations in terms of quality for the price. I was fortunate enough to buy it in the sale, although that just meant more of a bargain for me as at full price it is still amazing value. Delivery was quick and ordering the personalised nametag was straightforward. All in all an excellent company in terms of service and product.”
“First thing to say is that I love the product and he will love it too when I give it to him for Xmas. But I guess the way the website looks and the price of the item led me to believe I was buying a British product made in the uk. I have since checked and it doesn’t actually say that anywhere so more fool me, but my bf is big into “buy British” and help climate change etc etc which was part of the attraction to the company “Cotswold hipster” for me purchasing the gift. I was a bit disappointed then to see the “made in China” label inside and, therefore, might need to remove it before I give the gift. I hope this isn’t taken the wrong way, nothing against the Chinese industry at all, it’s more a stoic “buy British” “support local” thing that’s all.”
