Hello Anne, sorry to read your review. Since this is not the way we treat customers I have checked our emails right away. I can see we got your email on the 30.11 to which we replied on the 2.12 apologising for the damaged toy (couriers issue) stating we are going to replace your toy, therefore your review stating you have not heard back is misleading.
